Seven Boxes of Love

Network For Palestine

8 May 2025

Last week, the Sew Bee-Cause hive was busy — and buzzing with purpose.

We’re proud to have packed and sent seven large boxes of handmade clothes, blankets, and quilts to Cairo with our friends at Draw a Smile, in support of the Network for Palestine boutique.

This beautiful initiative provides a dignified, shop-like space for displaced families from Palestine and other regions who’ve sought refuge in Cairo. At the boutique, families can choose clothing and essentials they need to help rebuild their lives with comfort and confidence.

A Heartfelt Thanks

Every single item was lovingly made or packed by our incredible sewing, knitting, and crocheting volunteers. Your talent and generosity made this effort possible.

Together, we’ve sent more than clothing — we’ve sent comfort, dignity, and hope to children who need it most.

🐝 Thank you for being part of this beautiful movement.

Here’s to creating change together, one stitch at a time.
