  1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with any tags or labels intact. Considering that each item in our store is made to order upon purchase we do not accept returns for items that have been customised or personalized.

  1. Return Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact us at support@sewbeecause.com within 3 days of receiving your order.  Please provide a clear description of the fault as well as an image of the item in your email request.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
    • Mark the package with your order details on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

  1. Exchanges

All our items are made to order and printed especially for you upon placing your order, and therefore we cannot exchange it for a different size, colour, or style.

  1. Non-Returnable or Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

    • Final sale or clearance items
