It’s been a wonderfully busy and heartwarming week for our Sew Bee-Cause teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, all buzzing with energy as we work towards our ambitious goal: preparing 300 Angel Wings© Kits for our upcoming project in Nepal.

A Week in the Hive: Team Highlights

From fabric cutting to the sewing of reusable pads and crossbody bags, from crocheting soap saver pouches to welcoming new volunteers — every moment this week has been filled with purpose and joy.

Our newest members were quickly immersed in the hands-on process, learning how to make each thoughtful component that goes into an Angel Wings© Kit. It’s been beautiful to watch new friendships blossom and old ones strengthened over shared stories, laughter, and the hum of sewing machines.

Moments That Matter

There’s something incredibly moving about watching people from all walks of life come together with a shared mission — to create something meaningful for someone they may never meet, but care for deeply. This is what Sew Bee-Cause is all about.

We’re well on our way to reaching our 300-kit target, and it wouldn’t be possible without the generosity, time, and spirit of our incredible volunteers.
